not a happy moment

is it me or does the appetite increase exponentially when having the period? man i have cramps so i can't differentiate between hunger, hormonal pain and stress. so this morning, i've already eaten a ridiculous amount of shit: 2 slice of cakes, hotdog bun, bowl of conflakes, yam pie, and a thin slice of bread. THIN. rahh and i'm not even satiated.. i think it's the cramps. sigh and i feel bloaty and horrible and fat. this is not a good time for this.
okay list of work. i keep writing this list; this is probably the third time i'm writing it.
